Today is my birthday. My one and probably only birthday in Australia and because of that, it will be the one and only time I turn a year older before my sister, Charon. Kyle brought this mini cheesecake home from work today. I think it's beautiful. A strawberry, a melon ball, a leaf of white chocolate, and a strip of decadent dark chocolate. I've never really liked white chocolate but I ate this leaf. We are not big cake eaters in our family so when we have birthdays I usually make cupcakes or in Analee's case, it is a cinnamon streusel cake. Kyle brought home a couple of frozen cheesecakes for him and the kids but this little mini was all mine. Thank you, sweetheart. I love it.
